ASTORE VALLEY:
Astore Valley with over 100 villages and spread over 5,092 sq. of land is 120 km long. It lies southeast of Gilgit and occupies the eastern side of Nanga Parbat (8,126), the magnificent peak. This beautiful valley is at an altitude of 2,600m. Among its villages, Chilam is the starting point for Deosai, the second-highest plane in the world. The dynamic climate conditions and mesmerizing landscape also make this valley of great importance for the home to medically required plants.

RUPAL VALLEY:
The Rupal Valley has a rich history and culture that dates back to ancient times. The valley was once a part of the
Silk Route, which was an important trade route between China and Central Asia. The valley has a diverse population,
and the people of Rupal are known for their hospitality and warm welcome to tourists. The locals are predominantly
Muslims, and their culture and traditions are deeply rooted in the Islamic faith.

RUPAL BASE CAMP:
Gilgit, Pakistan’s 2nd largest city, is located near the foot of a mountain range called Pir Panjal and has many
attractions including a ski resort if you’re looking for an escape from hot weather. Though it’s not as high as its name
implies, Rupal Base Camp offers some amazing views and trekking opportunities.

MINIMARG:
Minimarg is a majestic valley located in the Astore District of the Gilgit-Baltistan region in Pakistan. It is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the region and is known for its scenic beauty and lush green meadows. Minimarg is accessible via a jeepable road from Astore town and is a popular trekking destination for tourists. The best time to visit Minimarg is from June to September when the weather is pleasant and the meadows are in full bloom.

BURZIL TOP:
Burzil Pass is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 4.210m (13,812ft) above sea level, located in the
Gilgit-Baltistan territory of Pakistan. It is part of the historic route, followed by caravans between Srinagar and Gilgit.
It is the accessway between Srinagar (Indian-occupied Kashmir) and Gilgit, Pakistan. It is believed that historically travelers used to cross the pass for traveling by horses and ponies between Srinagar and Gilgit.

Rainbow Lake is located near a village named Domel, far from Minimarg Valley of Astore District, in Gilgit Baltistan, Pakistan. Rainbow Lake is a small lake with tremendous beauty. The adjoining mountains and freshwater running from the streams add to the beauty of Rainbow Lake. The water of the lake is crystal clear and it changes color and shades ranging from turquoise to green during different times of the day.
